Production Notes
Officially an AntHill Media film, Tobias Tobbell co-made this with fellow AntHill man, Paul Cope. The two spent an evening out in Soho working up the initial story. What followed was a relatively straight-forward shoot starring Maye Choo and David Moon; also featuring Alice Hildred and Paul himself in the park scenes.
Richard Pryn, composer of 'Aimless', kindly stepped in to write the short and quite bubbly soundtrack for the film. 'Dreamers' has already won an Audience award and another award for Best Cinematography in London. We're very happy with the end result and hope it will go on to do well at other festivals during 2009.
About
'Dreamers' is the sassy story of two introverted day-dreamers who spend their time fantasising about the oblivious strangers that come in and out of their lives. A sexy tale of desperately-shy-man meets endearingly-timid-girl.
